Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to another client. 💛
🔸 A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the rest of the day’s schedule.
🔸 Deposits are non-refundable, but they will go toward your total at the time of your appointment.
🔸 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
🔸 In the event of a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
🔸 Clients who no-show and wish to rebook will be required to pay any outstanding no-show balance before booking a new appointment.
